EasyLabeller will work with any Windows Label printer.   It has been tested with the following printers:

Brother QL-550/560. 

This inexpensive printer has the benefit of a label cutter so can be used with continuous labels.  This makes it extremely versatile and reduces the cost of media.  The QL-500 is the same without the cutter.  Like the Dymo it is very simple to set up.  It is the recommended printer of choice with EasyLabeller

Dymo Labelwriter. 

This cheap label printer works well and is easy to set up but has a very limited range of expensive labels.  It is possible to reduce costs by printing double labels.

Zebra LP 2824. 

This is a heavier duty printer and has the benefit of using cheap generic labels.  It is also very fast.  Cost is around £200 but with cheap labels it will pay for itself over time.  It is somewhat more tricky to set up than the other two models.
